This Privacy Policy edits the collection, storage and processing of personal data, which the controller collects from you when you subscribe to receive content such as newsletters, invitations to events, publications and the controller’s products.

To contact and make a reservation you must fill in the electronic form on the controller’s website. By filling in the form, you provide the controller with the following data:

The contact details, you provide to the controller by filling in or submitting the form, are needed to process your request/reservation and to communicate with you about specific newsletters, events, publications and other information, provided by the controller, to which you have subscribed.

The controller respects your privacy and is committed to carefully collect, storage and process your personal data in accordance with the valid data protection regulations. As there are certain links in the controller’s online information system to other, external websites, which are not directly linked to the controller, the controller doesn’t take any liability for the protection of data on these websites.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of the collected data, to preserve the accuracy of the personal data and to ensure their proper use, the controller uses appropriate technical and organisational procedures to secure the collected data. The controller cannot exclude the possibility of data misuse, because the Internet is an unpredictable medium, despite security measures and secure communication protocols.

The personal data you provide to the controller by subscribing to newsletters, events, publications and other products is processed by the controller with your explicit and unambiguous consent based on Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to improve the quality of our products and services and for statistical purposes, regarding the emails sent to you, the controller also processes data about display and clicks on links in the received messages.

You make a consent for processing personal data by accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy when you submit the form on the website.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “Change your newsletter preferences and unsubscribe” link, located in the footer of every email you receive from the controller. In case of withdrawal of the consent, the controller will no longer use your personal data to inform you about its content (newsletters, events, publications and other controller’s products). The possible withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data at the time before the withdrawal was given.

Personal data storage time

The controller keeps your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of sending you the content (newsletters, invitations to events, publications and other manager’s products) to which you have subscribed. In case that you no longer wish to receive the controller’s content and wish to unsubscribe from it or in case that you withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data for this purpose, the controller will block your data in the system and will no longer use it for this purpose.
